Notes :
  • All statutory taxes, levies, charges, cess, deposits, WCT, lease rentals (if applicable) etc. as may be be applicable at the time of purchase or payment (as the case may be), for the sale/purchase allotment of the unit or in relation to the construction, development, infrastructure of the project etc. and/ or any other component thereof which is payable or becomes payable in future, to any authrotities, shall be borne by the Purchaser alone.

  • Sale Consideration includes inclusive of right to use parking as per type of Apartment (as per details mentioned above).
  • Stamp Duty, registration charges etc. for the Agreement for sale/ Apartment Buyer's Agreement and Sale Deed/ Lease Deed (as the case may be ) shall be paid by the Purchaser. Stamp duty is paid on the market value of the Apartment or agreement value whichever is higher. Market value is determined by the ready reckoner given by the concerned authorities. This is subject to change.
  • Interest would be charged on delayed payment from the due date of each instalment as per applicable laws.
  • Price of the Apartment may vary based on the choice of the Unit and Floor and Orientation.
  • Booking is subject to accpetance of terms and conditions mentioned in Application Form and Agreement.
  • Cancellation post allotment shall result in forfeiture of amounts as mentioned in the Application form along with all taxes paid till date.
  • Infrastructure Charges include charges towards STP, OWC, RWH, Solar Water, CFO Infrastructure Charges, TMC Infrastructure Improvement Charges.
  • Total GST = GST on Agreement Value only.
  • In the event the Purchaser/s approaches a Bank/ Financial Institution for availing a loan, any delay by such Bank/ Financial Institution in making the payment as per the payment schedule shall attract interest as per applicable law from the date such amounts fall due till realization of payments by the Developer.
  • All time linked payment shall be payable as per the aforesaid schedule without need of any demand letter and/ or reminder from the Developer.
  • Amounts mentioned as other charges and outgoings are provisional and based on estimates. If there is any increase due to actual cost incurred or demand by statutory authorities and/ or otherwise, such shortfall shall be paid by the Purchaser/s.
  • In case of OC received units, the defect liability period shall commence from the date of Allotment Letter for a period of 3 years therein. This provision shall override the defect liability provision as mentioned in the Agreement.
